RaceBox Motorsport Llc., as an owner of the website www.racebox.pro and the mobile application Racebox offers its clients all materials that are published on the website and in the application for personal use only, not commercial uses, under the condition that the users/clients observe all copyrights.
Rights and Obligations
RaceBox Motorsport Llc. has the right to terminate the access to the website and RaceBox mobile applications of certain users, when found that they have given false data while registering or in any way through their actions, have infringed upon RaceBox Motorsport LLC's intellectual property or that of third parties, or violate the legislation.

Additionally, unless explicitly stated, nothing contained on this Website and in the RaceBox mobile applications shall be construed as providing consult or advice to you.

In no event shall RaceBox Motorsport Llc, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be liable to you for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website or RaceBox mobile applications, whether such liability is under contract. RaceBox Motorsport Llc, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website or RaceBox mobile applications.
RaceBox Motorsport Llc. does not bear responsibility for damages done to the software, hardware or the telecommunication capabilities, or loss of data and information, originated from materials or resources, searched, loaded or used in any way through the offered services by RaceBox Motorsport Llc.
Refund Policy
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with these obligations, we may have a right of action against you for compensation or to refuse a refund.
To issue a refund the item must be returned to RaceBox Motorsport Llc. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Fees collected by the respective payment processors are not refundable (e.g. PayPal).
Shipping feeds collected by RaceBox for delivery of the product are not refundable.
We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performance of, any of our obligations that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event).
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order at any time within 14 days, beginning on the day after you (or the person you nominate) received the Products. In this case, you will receive a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy. After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund.
To cancel an order, you must inform us in writing. You must also return the Products to us as soon as reasonably practicable, and at your own cost.
Supply of Goods
By placing an order through our website you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
Orders placed and paid through our website will be fulfilled within five business days of receiving the payment for purchased products unless there are exceptional circumstances.
The price of our products and our delivery charges will be as quoted on our website. Product prices and delivery charges are liable to change at any time. All prices are net and relieved of any bank fees.
The Customer is responsible for arranging all possible import and re-export permissions and taxes, and for all duties, tariffs, taxes and other government fees and payments, if required, in their home country.
RaceBox Motorsport Llc reserves the right to cancel and refund an order if the product cannot be delivered to the customer.
RaceBox Motorsport Llc and its subsidiaries cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate shipping information, including address and contact phone number. Any and all additional charges occurring in such circumstances are at your expense as a buyer.
Indemnification
You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent RaceBox Motorsport Llc from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
Variation of Terms
RaceBox Motorsport Llc. has the right to one-sidedly change these terms and conditions at any time, but not the obligation to individually notify each user of the occurred changes. After the change RaceBox Motorsport Llc updates the date of publication. If the consumer does not state that he/she dismisses the changes within a seven-day period after the publication, the consumer is considered bound to them. In case the consumer states within the given time period that he/she does not agree with the changes, RaceBox Motorsport LLC has the right to immediately stop or cancel the offering the user the services without owing compensation to the user.
The users have the obligation to constantly keep acquainted with the General Terms and their updates.
Assignment
RaceBox Motorsport Llc is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between RaceBox Motorsport Llc and you in relation to your use of this Website and RaceBox mobile applications and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Country, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the Country for the resolution of any disputes.
