Please note that this promotion is only applicable to devices bought through our website or our crowdfunding campaigns. The price includes shipping costs in both directions but does not include any customs fees or additional taxes resulting from packaging or documentation issues during the return process.

Your existing RaceBox Mini must be fully functional and will undergo inspection at our factory that will last approximately 2 weeks, before we send you the new RaceBox Mini S. Please note that you will have to pack your device in the original packaging or in a box of similar size without any additional bulk (box, wraps, etc.) in a DHL Express Bag. The final weight (and volumetric weight) of the packaging must not exceed 500g (1.1lbs). If the packaging exceeds the dimensions or weight mentioned above, we will charge you an additional cost for the transportation. Further instructions on the return will be available when the program launches.
